How Conduyt Compares

Switching CRMs is a real decision. We built honest, side-by-side comparisons against the CRMs you are most likely weighing, with real pricing at real team sizes and no hand-waving on the things competitors actually do better. If a competitor is the right fit for your use case, we say so.

How we compare, on three dimensions

Every comparison on this site walks through the same three axes. They are the questions that come up in every buying conversation we have.

Pricing model

Flat-rate against per-seat against per-contact against freemium-with-add-ons. We surface the math at the team sizes you are likely operating at, not at a vendor-friendly sweet spot. Hidden charges get their own line item.

AI capabilities

Bring-your-own-model versus locked-in proprietary AI. Native Model Context Protocol support versus chatbot-in-a-sidebar. Action budgets, scoped permissions, audit trails. We grade the architecture, not the marketing.

Data freedom

What you can export, when, and how. Whether the schema is documented and stable. Whether the API is rate-limited against you. Whether you can leave with your data intact. The CRMs that lock you in lose this column on purpose.

Frequently asked questions

How do you keep these comparisons fair?
We compare the published, generally available features and pricing on each competitor's own site, link to their pricing pages directly, and update the comparison whenever a vendor changes terms. Where a competitor has a feature Conduyt does not (yet), we say so. Where Conduyt wins, we show the spec. Editorial control sits with our growth team, not with sales, and not with any vendor partnership.
How often are these pages updated?
Every comparison gets a full review every quarter. Pricing-sensitive pages also get a spot-check when a competitor publishes a pricing change. The "last reviewed" date sits at the bottom of every /vs/ page.
What if my CRM is not listed?
The comparison pages above cover the platforms our prospects most often evaluate against Conduyt. If you are weighing a CRM we have not written up yet, contact us and we will either point you at the closest existing comparison or build the page.
Should I use a /vs/ page or an /alternatives/ page?
Pick a /vs/ page if you already have a shortlist of two CRMs and want a head-to-head. Pick an /alternatives/ page if you have decided to leave one CRM but have not yet picked the replacement; those are multi-option listicles with several candidates compared side by side.
