Zapier and Conduyt

Conduyt ships a native, published Zapier partner app. Seven CRM events can trigger Zaps, nine actions write back into Conduyt, and ten ready-made templates cover the common recipes, so the tools Zapier already connects become an extension of your pipeline.

How it works

What makes it different

01

CRM events trigger Zaps

New Contact, New Deal, Deal Stage Changed, New Task, New Company, New Note and Form Submission can each start a Zap, with stage changes deduplicated so a deal only re-fires when its stage actually moves.

02

Other apps write back into Conduyt

Nine actions cover creating and updating contacts and deals, tasks, notes, tags, companies and messages, plus searches and find-or-create so Zaps never create duplicates blindly.

03

Ten templates to start from

Ready-made Zaps for Google Sheets, Slack, Gmail, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Trello, Todoist and Google Docs, surfaced in a Quick Connect grid inside Conduyt settings.

Setup

3 steps, about ten minutes

1

Create a Conduyt API key

Settings, then API keys. Generate a key; it authenticates the Zapier connection as you.

~1 min
2

Connect the accounts

Find Conduyt in the Zapier app directory, or use the Quick Connect grid in Settings, then Integrations, then Zapier. Paste the key when prompted.

~2 min
3

Turn on a template or build a Zap

Start from one of the ten templates or compose your own trigger and action pair in the Zap editor.

~2 min

Zapier plans and task limits are billed by Zapier. The Conduyt side of the connection adds no cost on any plan.

Honest limits

What it does not do

A Zapier account is requiredThe Conduyt app is free to connect, but Zaps run on your Zapier plan. Multi-step Zaps and premium apps are features of Zapier's paid tiers, billed by Zapier.
Automation, not data syncZaps move events forward as they happen. This is not a two-way continuous sync and it does not backfill historical records.
The key carries your permissionsThe connection acts as the user whose API key it holds. What that user can see and edit in Conduyt is what Zapier can see and edit.

FAQ

Common questions

Where do I find Conduyt in Zapier?

Conduyt is a published partner app in the Zapier directory, so you can search for it inside the Zap editor like any other app. The faster path is the Quick Connect grid in Settings, then Integrations, then Zapier inside Conduyt, which embeds the templates directly.

What Conduyt events can trigger a Zap?

Seven: New Contact, New Deal, Deal Stage Changed, New Task, New Company, New Note and Form Submission. Deal Stage Changed is deduplicated on the deal and stage together, so a deal triggers again when it moves stages but not when some other field is edited.

What can other apps do inside Conduyt?

Nine actions: create or update contacts, create or update deals, create tasks, add notes, add tags, create companies and send messages. Three searches plus find-or-create for contacts and companies let Zaps check for an existing record before writing, which is how you avoid duplicates.

Does the Zapier integration cost extra?

Not on the Conduyt side; the partner app is included on every plan. Zapier bills its own plans, and features like multi-step Zaps belong to Zapier's paid tiers. A simple one-trigger, one-action Zap runs on Zapier's free tier.
