Calendly and Conduyt
Keep taking bookings in Calendly and have them land in Conduyt. Choose the Calendly event types to sync, and each booking creates or matches a contact and adds the appointment with the event type, time, host and invitee. Cancellations and reschedules update the appointment, and a new booking that creates a new appointment runs your automations.
What makes it different
Choose which event types sync
Tick the Calendly event types you want in Conduyt. Only those sync, and bookings on any other event type are ignored. Nothing syncs until you start the sync.
A contact and an appointment for each booking
Conduyt matches the invitee to an existing contact by email address or creates one, then adds the appointment with the event type, time, host and invitee. A booking already in Conduyt for the same contact and start time is linked, not duplicated.
Cancellations and reschedules follow
When an invitee cancels or reschedules in Calendly, the Conduyt appointment is cancelled or moved. A cancellation runs your appointment status-change automations, and cancellations and reschedules send their appointment events to your webhooks, Zapier and n8n.
Existing bookings come in silently
Upcoming bookings and the last 180 days are imported in the background without running automations. New bookings that create a new Conduyt appointment run your automations.
What you need in place first
What moves, and which way
| Direction | What moves | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Calendly to Conduyt | Your event types list and scheduled-event and webhook data for the connected user. | Calendly shows what Conduyt can read on its approval page. Only the event types you ticked create or update contacts and appointments. |
| Conduyt to Calendly | No contacts or appointments. | Conduyt creates the webhook subscription that live sync needs, and tries to remove it when you disconnect. |
| Stored in Conduyt | The connected Calendly account, your event type choices, the import progress, and the Calendly access and refresh tokens. | Disconnecting stops the sync immediately and Conduyt tries to remove its webhook from Calendly, up to eight attempts; if Calendly keeps refusing, the attempt is logged for support. |

Common questions
Does Conduyt integrate with Calendly?
Yes. Conduyt syncs the Calendly event types you choose: each booking creates or matches a contact and adds an appointment, and cancellations and reschedules update it.
Do I need Calendly Standard or higher?
For live sync, yes. Calendly refuses the webhook on lower plans, so new bookings, cancellations and reschedules do not arrive through live sync. Conduyt shows a warning on the connection when that happens.
Will old bookings trigger my automations?
No. Existing bookings, upcoming and from the last 180 days, are imported silently. New bookings that create a new Conduyt appointment run your automations.
Will contacts be duplicated in Conduyt?
No. Conduyt matches the invitee to an existing contact by email address first, and a booking already in Conduyt for the same contact and start time is linked rather than created again.
What happens if I disconnect?
Syncing stops immediately and Conduyt tries to remove its webhook from Calendly, up to eight attempts; if Calendly keeps refusing, the attempt is logged for support. Appointments already in Conduyt stay, and no bookings or event types are deleted in Calendly.
