WordPress forms and Conduyt
Keep the forms you already have on your WordPress site and send every submission straight into Conduyt. Conduyt gives you a private intake address for each form. You paste it into the form's webhook setting in Gravity Forms, WPForms or Elementor, map a few fields, and each submission creates or updates the contact in Conduyt, tagged with the form it came from. Lead routing and your automations start on it right away, so a rep can text the lead while they are still on your site.
What makes it different
A private intake address for each form
In Conduyt, open Settings, then Integrations, then WordPress forms, and create an intake address. Give it the form's name, a tag for its leads, a source label and, if you want, the rep who should get them. The address itself identifies your account, so there is no API key to store in WordPress, and you can revoke one form's address without touching the others.
Contacts created or updated, not duplicated
Each submission is matched to an existing contact by email, then by phone. A new person becomes a new contact; a known one is updated. Phone numbers are normalised, so (201) 555-0147 and +12015550147 are the same person.
The lead is routed and your automations run
A new contact from a form goes through your lead routing and raises the contact created event, so automations, outbound webhooks and Slack alerts on new contacts fire exactly as they do for any other new contact. The source is "wordpress" unless you set your own.
What the visitor wrote is on the timeline
The submission appears on the contact's timeline with the form's name and the message text, so the rep sees what the lead asked for before replying.
Campaign tracking kept
UTM values passed by the form (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content) and the page the form was on are saved with the lead's attribution. Any other mapped field is saved to a contact custom field when its name matches exactly one of your account's contact custom fields, otherwise it stays on the timeline entry.
What you need in place first
What moves, and which way
| Direction | What moves | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| WordPress to Conduyt | The fields you map: name, email, phone, company, message, UTM values, the page URL, and anything else you choose to send. | Gravity Forms and WPForms send JSON or form-encoded bodies with the keys you choose. Elementor sends a form-encoded body keyed by your field labels, plus the form name. Conduyt understands common names for each field (first_name or First Name or Name) so the mapping is forgiving. |
| Conduyt to WordPress | Nothing. Conduyt does not change your site, your forms or your plugin settings. | One way only. |
| Stored in Conduyt | The contact, its source, its tag, its attribution (UTM values and page), the timeline entry with the message, and custom fields for extra mapped fields. | New contacts count toward your plan's contact limit, as they do today. |
4 steps, about ten minutes
Create an intake address in Conduyt
Settings, then Integrations, then WordPress forms. Click Create intake address, name the form, pick a tag and a source, optionally a rep, and copy the address (it starts with wpf_ and is shown in full on the row).
Add the webhook to your form
Follow the guide for your plugin: Gravity Forms, WPForms or Elementor. Paste the address, choose POST, and map your fields.
Send a test entry
Submit the form once with your own email. The contact appears in Conduyt within seconds, tagged, with the message on its timeline. The intake row in Settings shows the last received time and a count.
Revoke when a form retires
Revoke the address from the same screen, or to replace one that leaked. Anything still posting to it gets a 404 and nothing is created.

Common questions
Does Conduyt integrate with WordPress forms?
Yes. Gravity Forms, WPForms and Elementor forms post each submission to a private Conduyt intake address, and the submission becomes a routed contact. No Zapier, no plugin to install on your site.
Which WordPress form plugins work?
Gravity Forms, WPForms and Elementor Pro are the three with step-by-step guides. Any form tool that can POST a submission to a web address can use the same intake address.
Do I need the paid version of my form plugin?
Yes. Webhooks come with the Gravity Forms Elite or Nonprofit licence, the WPForms Elite license level, and Elementor Pro.
Will a returning visitor create a duplicate contact?
No. Conduyt matches the submission to an existing contact by email first, then by phone, and updates that contact instead.
Is an API key stored on my WordPress site?
No. The intake address carries its own secret, scoped to one form. Revoke it in Conduyt and it stops working immediately. Your Conduyt API keys never leave Conduyt.
Should I use Conduyt forms instead?
Conduyt has its own forms you can embed on any site, with analytics inside Conduyt. This connection is for sites that want to keep the WordPress forms they already have.
