From 400 failed renewals a week to 36.

We were losing $90K/month to subscription sync errors we didn't even know about. Three weeks after moving to Conduyt we had full visibility, and by week eight the failure rate was down 91%. It just works the way our old system never did.

We used to get paged for Zapier errors. After moving 2,300 tasks to Conduyt, we don't know what that even means anymore. Ops hours dropped 68% in the first quarter.

MMercato Bank Fintech

Daily reconciliation used to take 11 hours and three humans. Now it takes 40 minutes and a dashboard. The ROI was obvious within the first month.

We audited every step of the migration. Our compliance team signed off in a meeting, not a quarter. Zero audit findings on 41 pipelines.

The 'resume from last successful step' primitive was worth the contract on its own. We turned a 40-step onboarding flow into one resumable workflow and activation jumped 31%.

The work Conduyt is bought to do

Every CRM demo looks the same in the first ten minutes. What separates them is which jobs the tool still carries in month three. These are the four Conduyt is bought for, and they are the four worth testing before you commit to anything.

Pipeline and the daily rep workflow

Deals, stages and smart views that reps work out of rather than update after the fact. If your team keeps a spreadsheet open next to the CRM, that gap is the thing to fix first, and it is the first thing to test.

Outbound that stays on the record

Email and SMS send from your own domain and your own numbers, and replies land back on the contact timeline. Campaign history and deal history stay in one system instead of two that quietly disagree. See the email delivery layer and the telephony layer for how each side is wired.

Automation instead of extra headcount

Routing, follow-up, task creation and stage hygiene run as automations rather than as reminders. Flat pricing changes the calculation here: with unlimited users and no per-seat fees, there is no reason to keep ops or finance out of the system to save money.

A programmable surface, including for agents

610+ REST API endpoints, 880+ API operations and 170+ MCP tools mean the CRM can be driven by code, and that AI agents can act on it as first-class users rather than by scraping a screen. More on that on CRM for AI agents.

What to check in twenty days

The trial runs 20 days and does not ask for a card, so the honest advice is to spend it on your own data rather than on a guided demo. Pricing is $299 per month, flat, for unlimited users with no per-seat fees, which means the trial is not gated by how many people you invite into it.

  1. Move a real deal through a real stage. Not a demo record. Whether stage changes feel like work or like admin is most of the answer.
  2. Authenticate your sending domain in week one. Send a real sequence from it. Deliverability is the part a sandbox cannot tell you anything about.
  3. Wire one automation you currently do by hand. One is enough to learn whether the automation model matches how your team actually works.
  4. Invite the people you would not normally license. Flat pricing only matters if you would otherwise have been paying per seat, so find out whether ops, finance and support would use it.
  5. Ask what it does not do. Every integration page on this site publishes its own limits for exactly that reason, and pricing is a single published number rather than a quote.
