GoHighLevel Cost Calculator

GoHighLevel starts at $97 a month, but almost nobody pays $97 a month. Sub-accounts, the AI Employee add-on, phone numbers, SMS and call minutes all land on a separate line. Put your own numbers in and see the real monthly and annual total, next to what Conduyt would cost for the same team.

No email gate, no account, nothing leaves your browser. When GoHighLevel is the cheaper option this page says so.

Pricing checked September 8, 2026 against GoHighLevel and Conduyt published rates

Your setup

Every field starts on a realistic small-agency default. Change what does not match you.

Changing the seat count moves neither total. GoHighLevel includes unlimited users on all three plans and Conduyt includes unlimited users on both paid plans. Neither of these products charges per seat.

Only AI agent talk time. Ordinary call minutes go in the box above, and they are charged as well as this, not instead of it.

Assumed usage rates, and how to change them

These four defaults are the middle of GoHighLevel published ranges. They are editable on purpose. If your carrier mix, your call direction or your Voice AI engine is different, put your own number in and the totals follow it.

$0.00747 base plus a carrier fee of $0.0025 to $0.0100. Range $0.0075 to $0.0175.

Inbound local $0.01165, outbound $0.0166.

Range $0.06 to $0.22 before LLM tokens and telephony.

Local $1.15, toll free $2.15.

GoHighLevel is cheaper

$107.85/mo less

That is $1,294.20 a year. On these inputs GoHighLevel is the cheaper option and we would rather tell you than hide it. It comes to $191.15 a month against Conduyt at $299.

GoHighLevel

$191.15 /mo

$2,293.80 a year

Conduyt

$299 /mo

$3,588 a year

Where it turns over. GoHighLevel stays cheaper until you switch AI Employee Growth on for 3 sub-accounts at $50 each. At that point GoHighLevel reaches $341.15 a month and Conduyt is the cheaper of the two.

What GoHighLevel actually charges

GoHighLevel publishes three plans. The only thing that separates them, from a pure cost point of view, is how many sub-accounts you can run and whether you can rebill usage to clients with a markup on top.

PlanMonthlyAnnualSub-accounts
Starter$97$9703
Unlimited$297$2,970Unlimited
Agency Pro$497$4,970Unlimited, plus SaaS mode

Source: gohighlevel.com/pricing, checked September 8, 2026. Annual billing is ten months for twelve. All three plans include unlimited users and unlimited contacts, and all three come with a 14-day free trial.

The thing most comparison pages get wrong. GoHighLevel does not charge per seat. It never has. Unlimited users is printed on all three plans and it is real. If you have read a page claiming GoHighLevel taxes you per user, that page is wrong, including some of the ones written by GoHighLevel competitors.

What actually scales your GoHighLevel bill is the number of sub-accounts, because the Starter plan stops at three and because most of the paid add-ons are priced per enabled sub-account rather than per company.

The add-ons that move the number

The platform fee is the part everybody quotes. These are the lines that actually decide what you pay, and the per sub-account ones are the reason two agencies on the same plan can be $1,500 a month apart.

Usage: SMS, calls and Voice AI

This is where a fixed number becomes a range, so the calculator shows it as a range and lets you edit the rate rather than baking one in and hoping you do not notice.

Sources: HighLevel Phone System Pricing and Billing Guide and HighLevel AI Product Pricing, both checked September 8, 2026. Voice AI is billed on top of ordinary telephony, including on AI Employee Unlimited. GoHighLevel states this plainly and it is easy to miss.

Where GoHighLevel is genuinely cheaper

The default state of the calculator above is a three sub-account agency with five people, no AI add-on, five thousand SMS segments and two thousand call minutes a month. On those numbers GoHighLevel costs $191.15 a month and Conduyt costs $299. GoHighLevel wins by $107.85 a month.

That is not a rounding error and we are not going to bury it. If you are a single business or a small agency on the Starter plan, without the AI add-on, GoHighLevel is very hard to beat on price alone. It is $97 a month for a platform that includes a funnel builder, a calendar, reputation management and unlimited users. Nothing in Conduyt pricing competes with that number.

There are three other cases where GoHighLevel is the better commercial answer regardless of what this calculator says:

  • You need real white-label sub-accounts per client. GoHighLevel gives every client their own isolated sub-account under your brand. Conduyt does not publish an equivalent per-client plan, and pretending otherwise would be dishonest.
  • You resell usage at a markup. On Agency Pro you can rebill phone, email and AI usage to clients above cost and keep the spread. That turns a cost line into a revenue line, and this calculator does not model it.
  • You have already built the snapshots. If your business runs on GoHighLevel funnels, snapshots and workflows, the rebuild cost is real and it is not on this page.

Where the difference comes from when Conduyt wins

Conduyt gets cheaper in exactly one situation, and it is worth being precise about it: when your per sub-account add-ons start stacking up. Everything else is noise.

Take an agency running ten sub-accounts on GoHighLevel Unlimited with AI Employee Unlimited turned on for all ten. That is $297 for the platform and $970 for the AI add-on, so $1,267 a month before a single text message. Add twenty-five thousand SMS segments and eight thousand call minutes and it is roughly $1,699 a month, or $20,386 a year. Conduyt Professional over the same period is $499 a month and $5,988 a year, because the plan fee does not move with sub-account count and there is no per-sub-account AI charge to add.

The gap is not really about the headline price. At five seats and one sub-account the two products are in completely different places, with GoHighLevel far cheaper. The gap opens up because one pricing model multiplies by client count and the other does not.

How this calculator works

The GoHighLevel side is the published plan fee, plus the AI Employee rate multiplied by the number of sub-accounts you have it switched on for, plus phone number rental, plus your SMS and call volume at the editable rates, plus any Voice AI minutes beyond what your AI plan includes. The Conduyt side is the published plan fee and nothing else, because Conduyt publishes no per-seat fee, no per-sub-account add-on and no usage metering.

Assumptions worth stating out loud:

  • All figures are US dollars at US and Canada rates. International SMS and voice cost more.
  • One phone number per sub-account. Add more in the rate panel if you run several.
  • The default SMS rate of $0.0115 is GoHighLevel base rate of $0.00747 plus a mid-range carrier surcharge of $0.004. The full defensible range is $0.0075 with no carrier fee up to $0.0175 on the highest surcharge. Edit it if you know your own carrier mix.
  • AI Employee Growth includes 100 Voice AI minutes per enabled sub-account each month. The calculator applies that allowance before charging overage.
  • Annual billing uses GoHighLevel published annual prices and Conduyt published 20 percent annual discount, both shown as a monthly equivalent.
  • Neither side includes migration cost, agency rebilling revenue, or one-time A2P registration.

Pricing checked September 8, 2026. Competitor pricing moves and it moves quietly, so this page is scheduled for re-verification by December 8, 2026. Every figure is GoHighLevel or Conduyt published list price. We do not have access to whatever discount you negotiated, and no number on this page is one that either company has not published itself. Frequently asked questions

How much does GoHighLevel cost per month?

GoHighLevel publishes three plans. Starter is $97 a month and includes 3 sub-accounts. Unlimited is $297 a month with unlimited sub-accounts. Agency Pro is $497 a month and adds SaaS mode and rebilling with markup. All three include unlimited users and unlimited contacts. Paying annually costs $970, $2,970 and $4,970, which works out to ten months for twelve. Those are the platform fees only. Add-ons, phone numbers, SMS, calls and AI usage are billed separately on top.

Does GoHighLevel charge per user or per sub-account?

Per sub-account, never per user. GoHighLevel includes unlimited users on all three plans, so adding a team member does not change your bill at all. What changes your bill is the number of sub-accounts you run, because the Starter plan caps at 3, and because most of the paid add-ons including AI Employee are priced per enabled sub-account. Any comparison that models GoHighLevel as a per-seat product is wrong.

What does the AI Employee add-on cost?

There are three ways to pay. Pay per use has no monthly fee and bills token cost as you go. AI Employee Growth is $50 a month per enabled sub-account and includes 1,000 Conversation AI responses and 100 Voice AI minutes a month. AI Employee Unlimited is $97 a month per enabled sub-account with unlimited Conversation AI, Voice AI, Reviews AI and Content AI, subject to fair use. The per-sub-account part is what makes this line grow with your client count.

How much do GoHighLevel SMS and calls cost?

GoHighLevel prices its phone system at Twilio rates. In the US and Canada an SMS segment is $0.00747 in either direction, plus a carrier surcharge of roughly $0.0025 to $0.0100 per segment depending on the recipient carrier, plus a 5 percent location markup on those carrier fees. Outbound calls are $0.0166 a minute all in and inbound calls to a local number are $0.01165. A local phone number rents for $1.15 a month. Email sending is $0.675 per 1,000 emails.

What does Voice AI cost per minute?

It depends which engine you pick, so this calculator shows it as a range you can edit. The speech-to-speech models are billed at one flat rate: $0.10 a minute on Google gemini-3.1-flash-live-preview and $0.20 a minute on OpenAI gpt-realtime. The older text-to-speech pipeline is a Voice Engine charge of $0.045 a minute plus a text-to-speech provider charge of $0.015 a minute on OpenAI or Cartesia, $0.035 on ElevenLabs V2.5 or $0.170 on ElevenLabs V3, plus LLM token cost. Telephony charges apply on top in every case, including on AI Employee Unlimited.

Is GoHighLevel ever cheaper than Conduyt?

Yes, and often. A single business or a small agency on the GoHighLevel Starter plan pays $97 a month against $299 for Conduyt Starter. Even with a few thousand SMS segments and a couple of thousand call minutes on top, GoHighLevel comes in well under Conduyt. The point where that reverses is add-ons and sub-account count, because AI Employee is billed per sub-account and Conduyt is a single flat fee. The calculator on this page will tell you which side you are on rather than always answering the same way.

How does Conduyt price the same workload?

Conduyt publishes two flat plans. Starter is $299 a month and Professional is $499 a month, both with unlimited users, unlimited contacts and unlimited pipelines. Paying annually saves 20 percent, which is $249 a month billed at $2,988 a year for Starter and $399 a month billed at $4,788 a year for Professional. There is a 20-day free trial with no credit card. Conduyt does not publish per-seat fees, per-sub-account add-ons or usage metering.

What does this calculator not model?

Three things, and they all matter. It does not model white-label sub-accounts as a Conduyt feature, because Conduyt does not publish a per-client sub-account plan the way GoHighLevel does. It does not model the revenue an agency earns by rebilling phone and AI usage to clients with markup, which is real money on the GoHighLevel Agency Pro plan. And it does not model migration cost or the time to rebuild funnels, snapshots and workflows. If any of those three decide it for you, price is not your question.
