Which inbox should I use?

Sales questions, evals, RFPs and procurement go to sales@conduyt.app. Bug reports, data issues and integration hiccups go to support@conduyt.app. Integration partners, agencies and resellers: partners@conduyt.app. The Conduyt MCP server is open to build against with no per-integration partner fees. Anything else fits hello@conduyt.app.

How fast will I get a reply?

Usually the same day. We are a US-based team on Pacific Time; during business hours (9am to 6pm PT, Monday to Friday) most replies land within a few hours, and sales questions typically get a first reply in under four hours. Overnight and weekend messages see a response the next business morning, and paid plans have after-hours in-app coverage for genuine emergencies. If you are on a deadline, say a procurement decision this week, note it in the form and we bubble it to the top of the queue.

Is support included on every plan?

Every account can write to support, including trial accounts. For active customers the fastest path is the in-app chat widget in the bottom right of the Conduyt app, which routes directly to engineering and typically sees responses an hour or two sooner than email. Paid plans get priority handling either way.

Do I need to talk to sales before trying Conduyt?

No. Every new account starts with a self-serve 20-day free trial at conduyt.app, no credit card required. Sales is there for team evaluations, RFPs, procurement and reseller questions when you want a human in the loop.
