Power Dialer Software
A power dialer calls the next number on your list the moment a rep finishes the last call, so the team spends its time talking instead of dialing. Conduyt builds the power dialer into the CRM itself: the people you call are already in your CRM, every call, recording and outcome lands on the contact record, and there is no separate dialer subscription to pay per seat.
What a power dialer does
A rep loads a call list, presses start, and the dialer works through it one number at a time. When a call ends, the rep logs the outcome and the next call begins. No copying numbers, no hunting for the next lead, no forgotten follow-ups. For outbound teams, inside sales and BDC teams working fresh leads, that is usually the difference between a few dozen dials a day and a full list.
Power dialer vs predictive dialer vs click-to-call
The three are often lumped together as “sales dialers,” but they work differently:
- Click-to-call. The rep clicks a number in the CRM and the call starts. One call at a time, started by hand.
- Power dialer. The dialer starts the next call automatically when the rep is ready. Still one call per rep, so every answered call reaches a person who is on the line and ready.
- Predictive dialer. The system dials several numbers per rep at once and connects whoever answers. It squeezes out more connects for very large call centers, at the cost of dropped calls and the pause people hear before a rep picks up.
Conduyt is a power dialer with click-to-call. It is not a predictive dialer, which is the right fit for most sales teams that want every answered call to reach a rep.
What Conduyt’s dialer includes
- Auto-dial through a call list. Load the people you need to reach and the dialer works through them one call at a time.
- Local Presence caller ID. With local numbers set up, calls can show a number local to the person you are calling.
- Voicemail drop. Record voicemail templates once and leave one with a click when a call goes to voicemail, then move on.
- Dispositions. Every call gets an outcome, and the outcome is logged on the contact so the next step is never a guess.
- Recordings and AI call summaries. Calls are recorded and summarized on the record, so handoffs and coaching do not depend on notes.
- Do-not-call and litigator protection. Numbers on your DNC or litigator lists are blocked from dialing.
- Manager listen-in and barge. Managers can listen silently or join a live call when a rep needs help.
- Leaderboard and connect rate. See who is dialing, who is connecting, and how each list is performing.
- Texting from the same record. When a call does not connect, follow up by text without leaving the contact.
Where dialers get expensive
Most CRMs either do not include a power dialer or put it in their top tiers. HubSpot’s power dialer sits in Sales Hub Enterprise at $150 per seat. Close puts its power dialer on the Growth plan at $109 per seat. Teams on other CRMs usually add a dialer such as JustCall at $69 per user or Aircall at $70 per user. For a 20-person team, a separate dialer alone runs about $1,380 to $1,400 a month before the CRM bill.
Conduyt includes the power dialer in Professional at $499 a month flat, with unlimited users, so adding reps does not add dialer seats. Calls are billed per minute, as they are with every dialer. Starter at $299 a month includes click-to-call. The pricing page has the full plan breakdown, and the guide to CRMs with a built-in power dialer compares the options in detail.
Using a power dialer responsibly
Speed only helps if the calls are welcome. Keep consent records for the people you call and text, respect do-not-call lists and calling hours where you sell, and give reps a clear disposition for every outcome so nobody is called twice by mistake. Conduyt keeps the call history, text and email opt-outs and do-not-call status on the same record the rep is dialing from.
Frequently asked questions
Is Conduyt a predictive dialer?
No. Conduyt is a power dialer with click-to-call: it dials one number per rep and starts the next call when the rep is ready, so answered calls always reach a person.
Which Conduyt plan includes the power dialer?
The power dialer with auto-dial is part of Professional at $499 a month flat with unlimited users. Starter at $299 a month includes click-to-call.
Do calls cost extra?
Calls and texts are billed per minute and per message, as with any dialer. There is no per-seat dialer fee.
Are calls logged automatically?
Yes. Each call’s recording, AI summary and disposition are saved to the contact record without a rep typing notes.
Can managers listen to live calls?
Yes. Managers can listen silently or barge into a live call, and the leaderboard shows dials and connect rates by rep.
