Yes. Every new account starts with a 20-day free trial. Full Professional-level access, no credit card required. When the trial ends, pick Starter or Professional, or let your account pause. We won't charge you unless you add a card.

Both include unlimited contacts, pipelines, and team members. Starter ($299/mo) includes basic AI (email drafts & contact summaries), click-to-call dialer, standard automations (up to 20 active), pre-built dashboards, booking pages, and API access. Professional ($499/mo) unlocks the power dialer with auto-dial, advanced AI (lead scoring, disposition, predictive insights, AI bot), unlimited automations, custom reporting & dashboards, sales forecasting, Google & Outlook calendar sync, team analytics & leaderboards, role-based permissions, and custom branding.

Yes. Starter at $299/month and Professional at $499/month both include unlimited team members. Add your whole company, your contractors, your agency partners. Your bill doesn't move. That's the core of Conduyt's pricing: flat-rate, unlimited everything.

Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle so you don't lose features mid-campaign. Cancellations are always effective immediately; we don't trap you.

Yes. Pay annually and save 20%. Starter drops to $249/month (billed $2,988/year) and Professional drops to $399/month (billed $4,788/year). Enterprise annual terms are negotiated separately. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time. The 20-day Free Trial isn't affected by the Monthly/Annual toggle. The trial is always $0.

When your trial ends, you pick Starter ($299/month) or Professional ($499/month), or we just pause the account. We never charge you unless you add a card, so there's no surprise bill. Your data stays accessible either way so nothing is lost. If you come back later, your workspace picks up where it left off.

You can export everything (contacts, deals, notes, messages) as CSV or JSON at any time, on any plan, including during the free trial. After cancellation we keep data for 30 days (so you can change your mind), then we delete it. You'll get a confirmation email when that happens.

Month-to-month on Starter and Professional. Annual plans are optional and save 20%. Enterprise customers often prefer annual contracts for budgeting reasons, but we don't require multi-year terms.
