Short answer

An email signature is the block at the end of every email with your name, role, contact details and one next step. Build yours above, copy it, and paste it into your email settings. It takes about two minutes.

01

What to include in an email signature

Keep it to what someone needs to reach you or take the next step. Four to six lines is plenty.

Email signature best practices

Do
Avoid
Keep it under about 600 pixels wide so it fits on a phone.
Long quotes, several banners or a wall of links.
Use images hosted online, under 100 KB each.
Images pasted from your computer. Most inboxes block or attach them.
One call to action, like "Book a meeting".
Three buttons competing for the same click.
A readable font at 12–14px.
Custom web fonts. Most email apps swap them out.
Test before you switch

Send yourself an email after you paste it in. Check it on your phone and desktop, and in dark mode.

Frequently asked questions

Is this email signature generator free?

Yes. Every template and feature is free, with no sign-up.

Why won't my logo or photo show up?

Email apps only load images from a web address. Use a link to an image that's already online, like the logo on your website.

Will it work in Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail?

Yes. The signature is built with simple tables and inline styles, the format those apps read reliably. Outlook desktop shows round photos as squares, so every design is built to look right either way.

Will it work in dark mode?

Yes. Icons and the logo have a light edge so they stay visible on dark backgrounds. Use the Dark mode button above the preview to check yours.

Can I make signatures for my whole team?

You can build one at a time here. In Conduyt, your whole team shares the same branded templates.

Is my information saved?

Your signature is saved in your browser, so it's there when you come back. When you build one, we also save your details and email you a copy, plus a few short tips. You can unsubscribe any time.
