Warmy and Conduyt
Warmy builds and protects sender reputation so outbound email reaches the inbox instead of spam. Paired with Conduyt, the warmed sending identity is the one your sequences and campaigns actually send from.

What makes it different
Reputation is built first
Warmy gradually generates positive engagement on a domain or mailbox so it is trusted before real volume starts.
It applies to what Conduyt sends
Conduyt sends from your own sending identity, so the reputation Warmy builds is the reputation your campaigns actually use.
Per-sender, not per-account
Conduyt supports per-user senders, so warmup can be managed for individual reps rather than one shared address.
3 steps, about ten minutes
Warm the domain in Warmy
Run warmup on the domain and mailboxes you intend to send from until reputation is established.
Add the same domain in Conduyt
Add it under sending domains and complete DNS authentication so the identities match exactly.
Assign the warmed senders
Map reps to the warmed addresses so campaigns send from the identities Warmy has been building.
Warmy is billed separately by Warmy. The Conduyt side of the connection adds no cost on any plan.

Common questions
Is Warmy legit for email warmup?
Warmy is an established deliverability platform that warms sending domains and mailboxes by building engagement signals over time. The approach is standard practice for outbound teams. What matters more than the tool is whether your list and sending behaviour justify the reputation you are building.
Do I need Warmy if Conduyt already sends email?
They solve different problems. Conduyt sends and records; Warmy builds the reputation that determines whether those sends land. If you are sending from an established domain with good history, you may not need warmup. If the domain is new, you almost certainly do.
How long does warmup take before I can send campaigns?
Weeks rather than days for a new domain. Sending real volume before reputation is established is the most common way a domain gets burned, and recovering a burned domain is far slower than warming a fresh one.
Does Warmy work with per-user senders in Conduyt?
Yes, and that is the better setup. Because Conduyt supports per-user sending addresses, warmup can be managed per rep rather than concentrating all reputation risk on one shared alias.
