Answer first
Zoho CRM costs $20 to $65 per user per month billed monthly, or $14 to $52 billed annually, and it is free for up to three users. The seat price is only part of the bill once you add support, calling and email campaigns.
Zoho CRM sells four paid editions: Standard, Professional, Enterprise and Ultimate, each priced per user. This guide models Enterprise for multi-team management and broader Zia capabilities, plus Premium Support, Zoho Voice and Zoho Campaigns. It lists every edition at monthly and annual prices, what each one unlocks, the add-ons that change the total, what a matched setup costs at 5, 20 and 50 users, and where Zoho is the cheaper choice. Prices are US list prices as of October 2026; sources are at the end.

Zoho CRM editions and prices
Zoho CRM is priced per user per month. Annual billing is 20% to 34% lower than month-to-month pricing, depending on the edition. Taxes such as sales tax or VAT are added on top, and customers billed in other currencies see local prices instead of the US dollar figures below.
| Edition | Billed monthly | Billed annually | Best known for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | Up to 3 users; contacts, deals, basic workflows, standard reports, mobile apps |
| Standard | $20 | $14 | Multiple pipelines, sales forecasting, web forms, mass email, email integration |
| Professional | $35 | $23 | Blueprint process management, CPQ, inventory, validation rules, higher webhook limits |
| Enterprise | $50 | $40 | Full Zia AI, multi-team management, approval processes, developer sandbox |
| Ultimate | $65 | $52 | Highest limits, bundled Zoho Analytics, advanced AI and analytics |
Zoho’s own pricing page lists the editions and their features but loads the dollar amounts with a script, so the figures above come from dated 2026 snapshots of that page. Check the live page in your own currency before you buy.
What each edition unlocks
Free covers up to three users with contact and deal management, follow-up reminders, basic workflow automation, standard reports and the mobile apps. It suits a founder or a two-person team testing whether a CRM fits.
Standard is Zoho CRM’s first paid edition. It adds email integration and mass email, multiple sales pipelines, sales forecasting, web forms for lead capture, scoring rules and calendar integration.
Professional adds Blueprint process management, inventory, quotes and CPQ, validation rules, and higher webhook limits. Teams with a defined sales process and an order or quote step usually need this tier.
Enterprise adds the full Zia AI assistant, multi-team management, a reporting hierarchy, approval processes, custom functions and a developer sandbox. At launch in February 2023, Zoho limited Zia Scores to Enterprise and Ultimate organizations with more than 20 user licences. That restriction is outdated: current Zoho help lists Zia Scores for Professional and above, with no more-than-20-licence prerequisite.
Ultimate is built for large deployments: the highest feature limits, Zoho Analytics bundled for business intelligence, and more advanced AI and analytics.
One limit to know before you plan email campaigns from the CRM: Enterprise includes 1,000 CRM mass emails per day; Zoho says the organization limit can be increased to up to 10,000 per day at additional cost. Larger sends go through Zoho Campaigns, a separate product.
The add-ons that change the total
Three optional add-ons can materially increase the total.
Premium Support: 20 percent of the subscription
Classic support comes with every paid edition: 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, with an initial response target of 8 hours. Premium support costs 20 percent of your subscription fee and moves that to 24 hours a day, 5 days a week, with a 3-hour initial response. On a $1,000 monthly subscription, that is $200 a month.
Zoho Voice for a power dialer and SMS
Zoho CRM can place calls through telephony integrations, but a power dialer and business texting come from Zoho Voice, billed separately. Its Enterprise Telephony plans are priced per admin plus 10 telephony agents. The Contact Center plan includes the power dialer and SMS; third-party price listings put it at about $79 a month billed monthly for one admin and 10 agents. Contact Center includes one free local number per license, and extra local numbers rent for 1 credit a month. Zoho Voice Contact Center includes 2,500 incoming and 500 outgoing local minutes per licence in supported countries; texts and usage beyond the included allowances are charged separately.
Zoho Campaigns for email marketing
Newsletters and drip sequences beyond the CRM’s daily mass email limit run in Zoho Campaigns. Zoho Campaigns has a free plan for up to 2,000 contacts and 6,000 emails per month. At 1,000 contacts, a June 2026 snapshot put Standard at about $7.90 month-to-month ($5.90 annually) and Professional at about $14 month-to-month ($10.50 annually).
Not every team needs all three. A team that never calls from the CRM can skip Zoho Voice, and a team happy with 8-hour, weekday support can skip Premium. The point is to price the setup you will actually run, not the cheapest edition.
What Zoho CRM costs at 5, 20 and 50 users
The table models one illustrative Zoho configuration, set against what a sales team gets in Conduyt Professional: Enterprise, Premium Support, Zoho Voice Contact Center and Zoho Campaigns Standard. All figures are monthly list prices billed monthly. Usage beyond Zoho Voice’s included minutes is extra, and Conduyt calling and texting are billed by the customer’s Twilio or Project Blue provider.
| Line item | 5 users | 20 users | 50 users |
|---|---|---|---|
| Enterprise seats at $50 | $250 | $1,000 | $2,500 |
| Premium Support (20%) | $50 | $200 | $500 |
| Zoho Voice Contact Center (per 10 agents) | $79 | $158 | $395 |
| Zoho Campaigns Standard (~1,000 contacts) | about $8 | about $8 | about $8 |
| Zoho total | about $387 | about $1,366 | about $3,403 |
| Conduyt Professional, flat | $499 | $499 | $499 |
At 20 users this Zoho setup runs about $867 a month more than Conduyt Professional, or roughly $10,400 a year. At 5 users Zoho is about $112 a month cheaper. The two cross at about 7 users. You can run the same comparison with your own seat count on the Conduyt vs Zoho CRM page, or test other CRMs in the CRM cost calculator.
When Zoho is the cheaper choice
Zoho CRM is genuinely inexpensive at the low end, and a fair comparison should say so.
- Three users or fewer: the Free edition costs nothing.
- Small teams on the setup above: below about 7 users, Enterprise with the add-ons above costs less than Conduyt Professional’s $499.
- Teams that only need a core CRM: 20 users on Standard cost $400 a month billed monthly, or $280 billed annually. If you do not need AI scoring, a power dialer, campaigns or faster support, that is hard to beat.
- Companies already on several Zoho apps: Zoho says a bundle may be more cost-effective for companies already using several Zoho applications.
When a flat price wins
Per-user pricing works against a team that is growing, hiring part-time callers, or giving access to managers and assistants who log in a few times a week. Every new login adds a seat, and on Zoho every seat also raises the 20 percent support fee. A deactivated user’s license also stays on the bill until you reduce your license count; CRM seats explained compares the seat rules across vendors.
Conduyt charges one price for the whole team: Starter at $299 a month and Professional at $499 a month billed monthly ($249 and $399 billed annually), with unlimited users and unlimited contacts. Professional includes the power dialer, AI lead scoring, unlimited automations, custom reporting and priority support, with no credits to buy for AI. Calling and texting run on your own Twilio or Project Blue line, so minutes and messages are billed by your provider. Every account starts with a 20-day free trial with no credit card.

How to estimate your own Zoho bill
- Count every login, including managers, assistants and part-time callers, not just full-time reps.
- Pick the edition your must-have features require. Check AI scoring, Blueprint, CPQ and approval processes against the tier list, then price every user on that edition.
- Decide on support. Add 20 percent if you need responses faster than 8 hours or support outside weekday hours.
- Add calling and texting. Price Zoho Voice per admin and 10 agents if reps call or text from the CRM, then add texts and any usage beyond the included minutes.
- Add email marketing. If you send more than the CRM’s daily mass email limit, price Zoho Campaigns at your contact count.
- Compare monthly and annual billing. Annual pricing is 20% to 34% lower, and Zoho allows user licences to be added or cancelled as needed.
