Answer first

Yes. Pipedrive launched a native MCP server on June 30, 2026, built and maintained by Pipedrive and available on all Pipedrive plans.

It connects ChatGPT, Claude and other MCP-compatible assistants to live Pipedrive data through an OAuth login, and every action follows the signed-in user’s existing permissions.

01 / Exposes

What it exposes

Pipedrive describes the server in terms of jobs rather than a published tool list:

  • Search deals, contacts, organizations and leads, and retrieve pipeline details and activity.
  • Create and update deals, contacts and activities, and add notes.
  • Convert leads into deals and schedule follow-ups.
  • Leads gained retrieve, create and update support on August 18, 2026, when Pipedrive also listed its connector in Claude’s connector directory.
  • Workflows such as turning meeting notes into a deal, a contact and a follow-up activity in one request.

Pipedrive says actions are recorded in the change log, so edits made by an assistant are auditable in the same place as human edits.

02 / Connect

How to connect it

  1. Claude. New users can add Pipedrive from Claude’s connector directory. A manual custom connector also works with the server URL https://mcp.pipedrive.ai/mcp.
  2. ChatGPT and others. Pipedrive publishes a ChatGPT guide, and any assistant that supports custom MCP connections can use the same server URL.
  3. Authorize. Sign in to Pipedrive, review the requested permissions and choose “Allow and install”. Pipedrive describes this as a secure OAuth login with no coding or developer required.
  4. Check tool loading. Pipedrive notes that Claude may not load every tool by default; enable the setting that loads all tools if something seems missing.

03 / Limits

Limits

  • Token limits. Pipedrive’s FAQ says usage is subject to token limits based on your plan, and additional tokens can be purchased.
  • Permissions cap the agent. The assistant can only see and change what the signed-in user can see and change, based on that user’s role and visibility settings.
  • No published tool catalog. Pipedrive’s pages describe search, create and update actions; they do not publish a full tool list or mention deletes, so test the exact action you need before relying on it.
  • Per-user connection. Each user connects with their own Pipedrive login, so what an assistant can reach differs from one user to the next.

04 / Conduyt

How it compares to Conduyt’s MCP

Pipedrive’s server is first-party, on every plan and quick to connect, which makes it a sound choice for a team that already lives in Pipedrive. The differences are in the contract. Pipedrive meters usage against plan token limits and describes capabilities rather than publishing a tool list. Conduyt’s MCP server, as described on the Conduyt AI page, exposes 290+ tools across 34 modules with a consistent conduyt_<module>_<action> naming scheme, authenticates with scoped API keys, and lists dry-run mode, confirmation tokens for destructive actions, a default rate limit of 120 requests per minute per key, and an audit log. The developer page has the setup detail.
