Every message that lands in our inbox gets a real human response, not an automated reply or a chatbot triage. We typically respond within one business day, often within a few hours during Pacific Time business hours. There is no sales-development gauntlet between you and a useful answer — questions about pricing, product fit, migrations, integrations, or technical capabilities go directly to someone qualified to answer them.

Reaching the right person at Conduyt

Technical support for active customers: in-app support is the fastest path — the chat widget in the bottom right of the Conduyt app routes directly to engineering. The email support@conduyt.app works too, but the in-app channel sees responses an hour or two sooner on average.

Security, compliance, or vendor-review questions: use topic Security / Compliance in the form or email security@conduyt.app directly. Response time and operating hours

Conduyt is a US-based team operating primarily on Pacific Time. Most replies during business hours (9am-6pm PT, Monday through Friday) land within a few hours. Replies sent overnight or on weekends generally see a response the next business morning. For active customers with paid plans, in-app support has after-hours coverage for genuine emergencies (system outage, security incident); non-urgent questions wait for business hours.

If you have a time-sensitive evaluation deadline — say, a procurement decision happening this week or a migration that needs answers before Friday — note that in the form. We try to bubble those up to the top of the queue rather than treating them in arrival order.
